1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pa7kk," "we," "us," "our" refers to the pa7kk platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities operating the pa7kk brand at https://pa7kk.club.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pa7kk platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the pa7kk website at https://pa7kk.club, including all sub-pages, applications, and services offered therein.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR funds held within a player's pa7kk Account at any given time, including real-money balance and bonus balance where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts awarded by pa7kk under a promotional scheme.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it, or any winnings derived from it, may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to online gaming is legally restricted or prohibited.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the pa7kk Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By creating an Account or using any service on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pa7kk enforces a strict minimum age policy and requires CNIC-based identity verification to confirm the age of all registered players.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a pa7kk employee or affiliated partner.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the pa7kk Platform or had your Account terminated for cause.
• You are of sound mind and are acting voluntarily and without coercion in registering and using the Platform.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible player may register one Account only on the pa7kk Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, players are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including their full legal name as it appears on their CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and a date of birth. pa7kk reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. pa7kk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

pa7kk reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where inaccurate or fraudulent registration information is detected. Where an Account is closed under these circumstances, any balance in the Account may be forfeited at pa7kk's discretion following a review period.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pa7kk Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pa7kk supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT (for cryptocurrency transactions subject to applicable conversion rates).

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the player's Account dashboard and may vary based on the chosen payment method and the player's verification status.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. pa7kk reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are as follows: mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours; bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within 1 to 3 banking business days.

pa7kk does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pa7kk bears no responsibility. Players are advised to check with their payment provider regarding any applicable charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pa7kk offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Unless otherwise stated on a specific promotion, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while table games, live casino games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the applicable promotion terms.

Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless a different validity period is stated on the promotion. Upon expiry, uncompleted wagering requirements and any remaining bonus balance are forfeited automatically.

pa7kk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to have exploited bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or abuse of promotional mechanics — will have their bonus winnings voided and may have their accounts permanently suspended.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the pa7kk Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event type. These rules are displayed within the respective section of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the pa7kk system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player. pa7kk reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that are clearly erroneous due to a technical error or data feed failure, even after initial confirmation. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's Account in full.

For sports betting, in the event that a match, event, or competition is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules applicable to that event type will apply as displayed in the Platform's help section. In general, cricket matches that have not completed their scheduled overs due to weather or other interruptions are settled in accordance with the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. pa7kk's RNG systems are independently audited on a regular basis to ensure compliance with international fairness standards. Results cannot be influenced by pa7kk, the player, or any third party.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the pa7kk Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one Account, regardless of the information used to create the additional account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated play designed to exploit bonus structures or guarantee outcomes.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the Platform's software, systems, or data feeds.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or using funds that are derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings gained as a result of a Platform error may be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational gaming.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening pa7kk staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

pa7kk is fully committed to responsible gaming and provides all registered players with a comprehensive suite of tools to help manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible at any time from the player's Account dashboard at no cost.

Available responsible gaming tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly); session time limits and real-time session duration notifications; reality check reminders; temporary account cooling-off periods; and permanent self-exclusion for players who wish to cease access entirely.

Players who elect to self-exclude will have their Account access suspended for the duration requested. During a self-exclusion period, pa7kk will use reasonable technical and operational measures to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pa7kk Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and databases, is the exclusive intellectual property of pa7kk or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as granting any player a licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pa7kk intellectual property.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial, recreational gaming purposes only. This licence is revocable at pa7kk's discretion and does not include any right to download, copy, or cache Platform content beyond what is technically required for normal browser operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa7kk, its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from Platform downtime.

pa7kk does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur. pa7kk will use reasonable efforts to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance via the Platform's notification system.

pa7kk's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pa7kk Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

pa7kk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pa7kk reasonably believes that the player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Upon termination for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the Account will be reviewed. Where no fraud or breach has been established with respect to the balance itself, pa7kk will process a final withdrawal of the confirmed real-money balance within 14 business days. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds at the time of termination for cause are forfeited.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting pa7kk support. Upon voluntary closure, the player's real-money balance will be returned to the registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pa7kk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through pa7kk's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant gaming regulatory authority.

Players who wish to raise a formal complaint must do so in writing by contacting pa7kk support at the email address provided in Section 14 of these Terms. pa7kk will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a final resolution within 14 calendar days of receipt of all relevant information.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pa7kk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory authority, in which case no advance notice period applies.

Continued use of the pa7kk Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not accept the revised terms must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 11.
